These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ck89 platform and all services under it. By opening an account on ck89 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Please note that these Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly before using the service.

1.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the ck89 platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Gambling services are not provided to minors. By opening an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement stated here. ck89 may request identification at any time to verify your age.

1.2 Legal Validity

It is entirely your personal responsibility to ensure that participating in online betting activities is lawful under the laws applicable in your area. ck89 does not claim any specific license or government approval; the platform operates as a secure and reliable service.

1.3 One Account Policy

• Each person may open only one account.
• Holding multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account may be operated from a single household or address.
• Your account credentials must not be shared with anyone else.
• If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any associated winnings will be considered void.

1.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when opening an account. Providing false information will result in account closure, and any related deposited funds or winnings may be forfeited.

Keeping your ck89 account secure is your own responsibility. Always keep your login credentials (password, PIN, or any verification code) confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• ck89 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Be cautious of phishing links or suspicious sites.

3.1 Payment Methods

ck89 processes transactions through mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must be sent only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited; if such a transaction is detected, the full amount may be returned and the account suspended.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the mobile banking number through which funds were deposited into the account. Fulfilling wagering requirements is mandatory for withdrawals related to bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on ck89, a 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Importantly — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck89 reserves the right to modify bonus terms under special circumstances.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses may have a limited validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck89 platform in order to ensure a fair and safe environment for all users:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial deception.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the ck89 name or logo without authorization.
• Using offensive, harassing, or indecent language.

Violating any of the above rules will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account, and the associated balance may be confiscated.

10.1 Closure by the User

You may contact ck89 support at any time to request the closure of your own account. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account (subject to wagering requirements being met).

10.2 Suspension or Closure by ck89

ck89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Direction from legal authorities.

All content on the ck89 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface — is protected under ck89's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content belonging to third-party game providers is protected under their own intellectual property rights, and ck89 uses it solely under licensing agreements.

ck89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. In the event of changes, the updated date will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Even if any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the sole legal agreement between ck89 and the user; verbal promises or informal communications are not part of this agreement.
